New dieter looking for advice

Hi,

Now I'm 35 and two weeks into fitness again. I haven't joined a gym yet, as I've decided to ease in slowly to avoid injury. I'm jogging, and workout out at home with dumbells and bodyweight excercises.
1 week ago I used the machine at boots pharmacy to check my body stats. I was 71kg, BMI of 22.8, height 175cm, body fat of 10kg / 14%. I'm a male.
I did feel a bit flabby around my belly and wanted to lose the fat before starting an serious workout regime.
I immediately cut my daily calorie intake to between 1200 - 1600 calories.
I've been eating Eggs, vegetables, tuna, chicken,
Continued jogging, weights daily and checked again yesterday, I'm down to 69kg, BMI - 22.5, body fat of 8kg / 11.2%.
Today however I feel a bit weak and constant hungry.
My question is, have I cut my calorie intake too much? Is it normal to fee quite weak and sometimes even a little light headed! Is 1600 calories dangerously low for 35 year old Male.
3% body fat seems to lot to lose in 1 week and maybe I'm going overboard.

Any advice appreciated !

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

You should never feel light headed at all when dieting. Check your diet and add some calories, I never go lower than 2000, and i weight around 80-85 Kg. And about 10, 15% fat.
